Fun page updated!

Hello my Chobot friends! I have re-designed my Fun Page.. this means it has a new, fresh look and I have added extra pages! It took 2-3 days updating it and I love how it looks.

So, here's what it looks like! I added three new buttons and I'd love it if you'd view them. Also, I made my buttons smaller as the big ones made my page go one forever!

As you can see, my blog tutorials are coming soon so keep checking back on my page!

Recruiting April Journalists

A new month has began and the Chobots Team have decided to recruit new journalists into the scheme. There are certain requirements you must follow to participate in this program.

• You're posts should not be copied from a different source; you have to write them yourself. You are free to copy pictures from the Official Blog, however if you are taking it from another Chobot's blog, you should always ask for their permission first.
• Be creative and unique - Your posts don't always have to be about Chobots. You could share a story, you could post diary entries, comics.. anything that will make your blog noticed by the judges.
• Your blog must be at least a month old and your blog should be updated at least twice a week.

If you feel that your blog has covered all the requirements then submit your blog!

How I found out about Chobots.net.. Well , I used to play Chobots.in and Chobots.com a lot and one day I decided to Google something about "Chobots.com" and I found a new link.. a new Chobots?! That was certainly the best day of my life.. I rediscovered my favourite virtual game!
The sport I like the most is soccer.. because I'm a pro xD My favorite food is bacon, (not the user), who doesn't like bacon? Muahaha!

Saturday Fun and News!

Hey guys, sorry for the long posting gap, almost three days, but it feels a long time xD
I haven't posted because I was so worked up on creating a new template! So beware, this may be a very long post! Haha.
Before I tell you all about it, I have some random, off-topic news to share..

In the UK, or where I live, it has snowed. I mean A LOT of snow.. 10 inches in my garden! I thought I'd show you a little picture of what I mean:

Ok, so this is what my back garden looks like! I made a snowman with my friends, because we're cool like that. We used unwanted chocolates as the eyes.. LOL

Then we decided to go out and found this.. we HAD to take a photo!

I still can't stop laughing! It was so funny haha :'D

I kept my promise, my blog has been transformed into a Spring Frenzy.. xD I'm really impressed on the amount of votes.. 15, ok I'm allowed to feel popular! LOL.. Anyways, I'm still working on the sidebars but they'll be updated soon don't worry. If you have any suggestions on blog themes or something you'd like to see on my blog comment on this post.


Also, as you can see, I have a grey, unknown Chobot on my header.. that's because I have a new author.. however that will be discussed on another post. ;)

Contest - Academy Games
Chobots has decided to host a contest at Academy Street. Checkers, Sliders and Chess all have their contest boards open and ready for you all to compete in.

You have until Tuesday, 26th March to secure your place in the top 3.

Juicy Gossip #2

Hey guys!
Ok, so today we left school an hour early because it was snowing! :D
Woo, I'm so happy xD But, I'm quite confused because it was snowing... In the middle of March?!

Story of My New Friend

Ok, so I've made a new friend called Vasa12345 on Chobots! She's really kind, sweet and funny. We have met before but I feel today we have communicated more and had bucket loads of fun! Haha. Click here to view her blog. Hmm, she's really random.. Like she'll message people saying that she's eating brownies and stuff like that.. LOL. P.S. I love brownies. 

I decided to copy her style in a different colour, because I was bored xD We look identical but the only difference was that I was wearing a peace shirt and she was wearing a Max shirt. Minutes later I get a gift from Chobots Team, it was a Max shirt, in the same colour I was wearing! LOL. The message said 'For being a good friend' Awh, I was soo touched :')

I don't know who gave me the shirt, but thank you! 

Movie Review

Getting a little off-topic right now but oh well xD A while ago, I watched the BEST MOVIE EVER. Like ever.. And I would like to tell you guys about it! 

It's called. The Hunger Games. The story is set in North America, now known as Panem and is composed of 12 districts that are controlled by the Capitol. Every year, one boy and one girl from each of the districts are randomly selected to compete in the Hunger Games, a televised battle to the death for the Capitol's amusement. When Katniss Everdeen's younger sister is chosen as one of District 12's representatives, she volunteers to be the tribute in her sister's place. Katniss is now part of a torturous game show and must kill or be killed. She must fight to victory against 23 unlucky candidates.

I would say the age of this move would be a 13, and possibly tweens. Only because there can be quite a bit of violence in it.

This movie can also be found as a book. It is the first book of the trilogy. Also, the second part is coming in November, can't wait!

Game Night Review
Game Night was a blast! It brought the Chobots Community together and we all had a great time. There was competition in every game, however only the person in 1st place could win the prize!

March Journalists

Next up is this months journalists! Anyone can enter their blog as long as it's over a month old, they post regularly and they don't copy and paste posts from the Main Blog.

If you think you have what it takes to become a journalist, sign up your blog on the blog post.

All you have to do is comment your blog URL on the post. Simples.

Twinkle's Advice #3
Have you been applying for journalist for these past 2 months and not been successful? If so, then carry on reading! You are in the same boat as me because my blog has also been turned down twice. So, I will give you some tips on how you an do better.

First of all, it is pointless to give your blog in again if you haven't made any changes to it, because that's what the judges are looking out for; whether you have improved. If you don't know how you can improve, simply check out the current journalists to have an idea of what elements might have caught the judges eye.

Perhaps adding more pages or changing the layout of your posts will be a good idea. The main key is to make your blog original. For example, to keep my blog unique, I changed my blog name to 'ChoGossip'. Because I felt a cool, fresh blog name will make my blog sound interesting before someone has actually viewed it.

All you agents out there.. this is a message for you! There will be an Agents Meeting on Saturday, 16th March. You are not obliged to come, however those who come will be awarded with a special prize!

Spring is here!

Hey guys! Spring is finally here.. and so is St Patrick's Day and Easter! Woo.
I have so much to talk to you about but lets go in order..

Blog Updates
As you can see, my blog is St Patrick's Day themed at the moment and soon it will be Easter themed! I took a long time creating my template so I hope you all enjoy, I might make a photoshop tutorial soon or maybe a blog tutorial.
Also.. I changed my blog name! It's now called: ChoGossip. It sounds more unique in my opinion because having your username and then 'Chobot Blog' is quite common. I changed my URL too to: chogossipx.blogspot.co.uk, be sure to share it to your friends!

Chobots Updates
We have defeated the Nichos and Chobots is finally at peace! The team cleared away all the rubbish left behind by the Nichos and restored us back to normal Chobots. The game seems a lot brighter and friendlier now, hence the server names being changed to Chocolate, Vanilla and Pie City.
There have been new clothes added to the shop (as said in Swifter's post) and I would like to share a picture of a few of my favourite items which have been added recently.

Fun Stuff Button

I recently made a new page called 'Fun Stuff'. It is located in the middle of my page list at the top. This is where I will put fun Chobots related stuff and if you keep checking back at it, there may be new buttons and fun stuff!

Cool Outfits

Also, I recently dressed up in cute, girly, spring themed clothes and wished to share it with you girly cho's out there!

I love all these outfits and you may see me wearing these more often. I especially like the middle outfit as all the colours compliment each other. Sorry boys! I don't have many boyish items xD However, if I see some cool spring outfits in Cafe St. I will share it in my next post!

Also, the butterfly background I used is so cute! I might use it for a Spring Template if I make one.

Game Night & Drawing Contest!

Howdy, Chobots!
Are you ready for another contest? I know I am! This one is a very interesting contest...

That's right! A drawing contest! But, in this contest; your drawings have to be done in the Chobots Underground! Isn't that just awesome? You can draw whatever you like, and submit as many entries as you want. The best drawing will win! You have until February 27th to submit your entries! If you're lost, and don't know where to put your entries, click here and leave the link to it in the comments. The winners will receive some amazing prizes. So, get drawin'!

Also, there's another even taking place TONIGHT, 23rd of February! It's called 'Game Night'. For those of you who don't know what Game Night is, it's basically a really fun event packed with all sorts of games you can take part in! But, it takes a lot of determination, because there's only 1 winner for each game. So, you have to go for that #1 spot, and stay there!

"How do I know what place I'm in?" Next to each game, there's a scoreboard!
All you have to do is hover your mouse over it, and a leaderboard will pop up. This will give you the positions, points and usernames of everyone from 10th, to 1st place. It will also tell you your score to help you see how much you need to get to a certain position.
Game Night is going to be a blast, so I hope to see you all there!

Remember - Moderators will be keeping an eye out for cheaters. And, if you are caught cheating, you WILL be disqualified!
